Sloe Gin Cocktail

This one is a celebration of Autumnal produce with botanical notes from the gin and flavours of our great British countryside being  brought to the party by the Juniper berries.

You’ll need:

  • 50ml Sloe Gin
  • 25ml Gin
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • Crushed Ice
  • Juniper Syrup (made by heating 100g caster sugar, 100ml water and 1tbsp of crushed juniper berries until it reaches boiling point then, letting it steep and cool)

Method:

Combine the Sloe Gin, Gin, Lemon juice and 2 tsp of the juniper syrup in a cocktail shaker with a handful of large icecubes. Give it a good shake before straining into glasses pre-filled with crushed ice.
