Sloe Gin Cocktail

This one is a celebration of Autumnal produce with botanical notes from the gin and flavours of our great British countryside being  brought to the party by the Juniper berries.

You’ll need:

50ml Sloe Gin

25ml Gin

25ml Lemon juice

Crushed Ice

Juniper Syrup (made by heating 100g caster sugar, 100ml water and 1tbsp of crushed juniper berries until it reaches boiling point then, letting it steep and cool)

Method:

Combine the Sloe Gin, Gin, Lemon juice and 2 tsp of the juniper syrup in a cocktail shaker with a handful of large icecubes. Give it a good shake before straining into glasses pre-filled with crushed ice.
